Overview
Robust and quick deburring for symmetrical and asymmetrical workpieces
TURNAMAT is the tube deburring machine for an economic solution for deburring of straight and bent tubes, complex section shapes and workpieces which are heavy or have stronger burrs.
Without manually turning the workpiece both the inside and outside edges can be simultaneously deburred in around three seconds.
With manual workpiece feeding this means shorter set-up times!
The Turnamat is also engineered to be a heavy, solid, long - lasting unit giving many years of trouble free service.
In addition to the typical rotation the radial brush also performs a second rotation: the entire drive unit also rotates to ensure the inner and outer edges of the workpiece are machined evenly.
TURNAMAT symmetrical workpieces can be changed to a different workpiece diameter via an adjustment control within seconds.
The machine has a high safety standard with CE certification.
Asymmetrical workpieces can be safely deburred on the TURNAMAT.
Sections are fed through a finely engineered front plate which can easily be changed without tools.

RSA RASAMAT Model
The RASAMAT system was developed specifically for deburring complex profile shapes.
Every cutting edge is completely deburred inside and outside in one work step.
The outer coating of the work piece remains untouched.
This way also surface-treated profiles can be deburred.
The alignment of the brush segments is selected according to the deburring task.
This leads to an ideal deburring result, longer lifetimes of the tools and extremely short deburring times.
Why RASAMAT Tools are Superior to Circular Brushes:
Circular brushes are the established tools for deburring steel pipes and profiles, however, they are completely inadequate for working aluminium profiles.
If the work piece has bridges on the inside, the round brush does not reach the outer areas – deburring is not complete.
Hollow profiles can also not be deburred with Circular brushes.
They damage the sensitive coating surfaces because the brush wires have contact with the exterior surfaces.
All profile contours are reached without damaging the coating surfaces.
Why RASAMAT Tools are Superior to Flat Brushes:
On flat brushes, the wires are pushed outwards due to the centrifugal forces and bend in the course of use.
This way, they only provide incomplete or no deburring performance.
