Use:

A form fit between the upper and lower tool is used to emboss a workpiece with a large radius in multiple steps.The bending radius is defined by the tool radius (depending on sheet thickness, type of material, etc).Parts with large radii, for example, can be used as brake shoes.

Application:

Up to 12 mm in sheet thickness (depending on the bending radius).
